It began on a podcast set, on Unique Angle by Santosh. A paediatrician talked about long OPDs and doses written in a hurry. A builder listened.

Then Dr. S.K. Rai did what no one asked him to. He tested every screen in his own live OPD, between patients, late into the night. He wanted only two things: fewer dose errors, and no child missing a follow-up. Every safe default in OMORA carries his fingerprints.
